Answer a Call • Lift handset or • For hands-free, press ANSWER soft key or SPEAKER button
End a Call • Hang up handset or • Press END CALL soft key
Place a call on hold 1. Press HOLD soft key 2. Press RESUME soft key or your LINE button to resume call
Place 2nd call on hold 1. Place 1st call on hold 2. Press HOLD soft key 3. Press NEW CALL soft key or your LINE button 4. Press END CALL soft key to end 2nd call 5. Press RESUME soft key to return to 1st call Note: Use Navigation keys to alternate between 1st and 2nd call, and press RESUME soft key.
Transfer a Call (Blind) 1. During a call press the MORE soft key 2. Press the BLINDXFER soft key and enter the number you wish to transfer to. 3. Press the DIAL soft key.
Transfer a Call (Attended) 1. During a call press the MORE soft key 2. Press the TRANSFER soft key and enter the number you wish to transfer to. 3. Press the DIAL soft key. 4. Introduce the call to the transfer party 5. Hang up to complete the transfer.
Three-Way Calling 1. During a call press the CONFRN soft key 2. Enter a phone number on the key pad 3. Press the DIAL soft key 4. Once connected press the JOIN soft key to commence the three-way call. |

Conference Calling (MeetMe) 1. Follow the steps to perform a blind transfer. 2. When prompted for an extension enter the conference extension number 3. Repeat this process until all parties have entered the conference 4. Dial the extension number of the conference to join the conference 5. If prompted, enter the conference pin number
Call Parking 1. During a call press the # key. 2. When prompted for an extension enter 601 3. The server will reply with the extension the call is parked in 4. Dial the extension of the parked call from any phone to resume the call
Call Forward All 1. Press CFWDALL soft key 2. Dial number to forward calls to To Deactivate: 1. Press CFWDALL soft key Note: The preferred alternative to using the CFWDALL soft key is called “Follow Me”. Dial 072 and follow the IVR Menu.
Agent Login 1. Dial 066 2. Enter your agent number followed by # 3. Enter your password followed by #
Agent Logoff 1. Dial 086 2. Enter your agent number followed by # 3. Enter your password followed by # 4. When prompted for a new extension enter # to log off.
Call Waiting 1. When you hear call waiting beep (single alert) 2. Press ANSWER soft key ( first call goes on hold) 3. Use Navigation buttons to alternate between calls, and press RESUME soft key 4. Press END CALL soft key to disconnect the selected caller
Check Messages Red light on handset indicates new message. To retrieve message(s): 1. Press MESSAGE button 2. Follow prompts to check voice mail. Note: The extension for voicemail is 022 |
